Hallo liebe Studis,
hiermit wollen wir euch das Ergebnis der Urabstimmung zum Deutschland-semesterticket im Juli 2025 verkünden. Danke, dass so viele von euch abgestimmt haben!
Insgesamt wurden 445 Stimmen abgegeben.
Für die Einführung des Deutschlandsemestertickets haben 177 Personen gestimmt.
Gegen die Einführung des Deutschlandsemestertickets haben 268 Personen gestimmt.
Die Wahlbeteiligung lag bei 22%, somit ist das Ergebnis nicht rechtlich bindend.
Laut §9 Abs. 3 der Verfahrensordnung für Urabstimmungen ist es möglich innerhalb einer Frist von 4 Wochen nach der Abstimmung, die Abstimmungsniederschrift einzusehen. Ferner ist es möglich, das Ergebnis innerhalb dieser Frist schriftlich und mit Begründung beim StuPa anzufechten, sofern die Abstimmung gegen die Verfahrensordnung verstoßen hat.
Das StuPa hat am 11.07.2025 in einer Sondersitzung über das Thema abgestimmt.
Das Ergebnis: Das StuPa hat gegen die Einführung des Deutschlandsemestertickets für alle Studierenden der TH Bingen entschieden und sich damit an das Ergebnis der Urabstimmung gehalten.

Result of the Referendum on the Deutschlandsemesterticket
Dear students,
We would like to announce the result of the referendum in July 2025 on the introduction of the Deutschlandsemesterticket (Germany semester ticket). Thank you to all of you who voted!
In total there were 445 votes.
Of these votes, 177 voted in favor of introducing the Deutschlandsemesterticket.
268 people voted against introducing the Deutschlandsemesterticket.
Voter turnout was 22%. This means that the result is not legally binding.
According to §9 Abs. 3 of the Verfahrensordnung für Urabstimmungen, it is possible to view the vote minutes within 4 weeks of the referendum. Furthermore, it is possible to contest the result in writing and with justification to the StuPa within the deadline, provided that the vote violated the Verfahrensordnung für Urabstimmungen.
The StuPa held a special meeting on 11July 2025 to vote on the issue.
The result: The StuPa decided against the introduction of the Deutschland-semesterticket for all students at TH Bingen and thus followed the result of the ballot.
