Liebe Studis,
am 02. und 03. Dezember 2025 finden die Hochschulwahlen statt. In diesem Rahmen wird neben dem Senat und Studierende in die Fachbereichsräte auch das Studierendenparlament neu gewählt. Die Wahl findet an folgenden Terminen statt:
- Dienstag, den 02. Dezember 2025 von 9:00 bis 16:30 Uhr am TH-Campus in Raum 5-101
- Mittwoch, den 03. Dezember 2025 von 09:00 bis 14:30 Uhr im HHT in Bingen in Raum 0-104
Es können bis zu 40 Parlamentssitze besetzt werden. Gewählt werden können Listen- oder Direktkandidat*innen, für die vorab Wahlvorschläge eingereicht wurden. Zudem ist es möglich, am Tag der Wahl selbst einen weiteren Namen auf dem Stimmzettel einzutragen.
Wahlvorschläge können bis zum 25. November 2025 um 12 Uhr eingereicht werden. Dafür ist ein Wahlvorschlagszettel mit Namen, Studiengang und Fachsemester auszufüllen und in die dafür vorgesehenen Briefkästen im AStA am TH-Campus oder in der Cafeteria am HHT einzuwerfen oder per E-Mail an stupa@th-bingen.de zu senden. Die Zettel liegen an den Briefkästen aus und werden per E-Mail verschickt.
Das Stimmrecht kann nur persönlich ausgeübt werden, wobei der Studierendenausweis als Legitimation vorzulegen ist. Die Stimmabgabe erfolgt durch den Einwurf des gekennzeichneten amtlichen Stimmzettels in die Wahlurne. Jede Person hat eine Stimme für die Direktwahl und eine Zweitstimme für die Listenwahl.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit der Briefwahl nach §7 der Wahlordnung der Studierendenschaft. Dafür ist ein Antrag inkl. Postadresse bis spätestens 25. November 2025 per E-Mail an stupa@th-bingen.de zu einzureichen.
Die nächste Vollversammlung vor der Wahl findet am Mittwoch, den 12.11.2025 um 14:30 Uhr in Raum 5-306 statt.

Announcement of the student parliament election
Dear students,
The university elections will take place on 2 and 3 December 2025. In addition to the Senate and students in the departmental councils, the student parliament will also be newly elected. The election will take place on the following dates:
- Tuesday, 2 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the TH campus in room 5-101
- Wednesday, 3 December 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the HHT in Bingen in room 0-104
Up to 40 seats in parliament can be filled. List or direct candidates for whom nominations have been submitted in advance can be elected. It is also possible to add another name to the ballot paper on the day of the election itself.
Nominations can be submitted until 12 noon on 25 November 2025. To do so, an election nomination form must be completed with the name, degree programme and semester of study and posted in the designated letterboxes in the AStA on the TH campus or in the cafeteria at the HHT, or sent by email to stupa@th-bingen.de. The forms are available at the letterboxes and will be sent by email.
Voting rights can only be exercised in person, whereby the student ID card must be presented as proof of identity. Votes are cast by placing the marked official ballot paper in the ballot box. Each person has one vote for the direct election and one second vote for the list election.
Postal voting is possible in accordance with §7 Wahlordnung der Studierendenschaft. The application for postal voting including your mailadress must be submitted by email to stupa@th-bingen.de by 24 November 2025 at the latest.
The next plenary meeting before the election will take place on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at 2:30 p.m. in room 5-306.
